TALALLA YOGA 200 HOUR VINYASA & YIN YOGA TEACHER TRAININGJUNE 1ST – 27TH, 2020One of the most powerful tools we can have when it comes to health + wellbeing, is a deep understanding of our own bodies. Busy lifestyles, technology, quick and easy processed foods, and a never ending ‘to do’ list has resulted in a huge disconnect between mind and body. When is the last time you stopped and truly recognized what it feels like to take a deep breath? When is the last time you made time for yourself – to listen to your body, to nourish it, to move it, to say thank you…
This training is perfect for you if you are looking to solely deepen your own individual practice, if you are wanting a deep understanding of the history and science of yoga. This is also a perfect opportunity for you if you are looking to deepen your relationship with breath (prana), your vital source of energy, and want to get to the root of calming and balancing your nervous system. You will learn to be more honest, open, and clear with yourself and your communication with others. This retreat will allow you to let go of disempowering beliefs, fear based reactivity, ineffective communication, and unhealthy habits with your daily Sadhana (daily practice).
In order to start out on your individual journey it is important to heal from past stories that you may be holding onto. Releasing past traumas, and fear based beliefs you are able to step forward into the light to allow yourself to shine to your fullest potential.
