We have worked with Yoga Alliance to secure a new pathway for you to graduate as a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200/ 300/ 500) online during the COVID-19 period. Until further notice there will be 2 online trainings per year, each 4.5 months in total. One hybrid training may be offered in the winter of 2022.
In this training you are invited to be in your true power. To live authentically as yourself in every moment – shedding the masks, facing your fears and freeing yourself from past conditioning. This journey of self observation requires courage, discipline, truth-telling & a willingness to grow. Personal observation is perhaps the most important work for us to do on the path if we are to live a self accepting, loving and sovereign life. Get ready for the spiritual warrior’s path to liberation, where your self-conflicted shackles will no longer bind you to living small.
This teacher training is based on the Shaiva path of Tantra, Hatha, and Meditation. It is also a trauma Informed Yoga training and is influenced by many other healing modalities. Some of those influences being Hakomi Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Family Constellations, Non Violent Communication, Compassionate Inquiry, and Non Existential Kink. We begin the journey looking at the roots of our past and the burdens they have created for us in our present life. We dig into the unintegrated aspects of ourselves that make the path forward unclear, and confusing and create spaciousness for integration. This teacher training course has been put together as a combination of years of experience overcoming obstacles, challenges and hardships.
This yoga training is for all who are open to self exploration and deep inquiry. You do not need to be a yogi, teacher, or have been on your spiritual path for long. And as well for those teachers, healers, and facilitators you will find depth and challenge to dive deeper into your work and refine your practices and teaching. There are two paths available, 200 & 300 hour, they both can count towards a 500 hour YA certified training. If you desire to move your teaching skillset beyond the scope of asana and into the more transformative practices .... this is the path for you.
We also focus deeply on how we create a healthy container within ourselves for assimilation of spiritual teachings, and practices. We will look at breath (prana), disempowering beliefs systems, fear based reactivity, ineffective communication, and unhealthy habits within your daily spiritual practice and how to effectively create balance in all areas of daily life in order to receive what life is trying to show you.
In addition to yogic philosophy and history, creative sequencing, physical and energetic anatomy .......this training will dive into the human relationship. As a human being, we are an interpersonal tribe, we need connection more than we may like to admit. This course will offer tools on how to navigate the realm of relationships. They become our greatest teachers and we can open and accept ourselves to receiving their teachings. We learn to take accountability, and to have a healthy interdependence, we learn to open to pleasure, we become more self confident and know our boundaries, needs, and how to make requests. Our partnerships with beloveds become more joyful and a source of awakening, expansion, passion and pleasure.

Testimonials
Echos teaching training was life changing for me in many ways.
Her energy throughout the training was authentic, empowering, and made me believe in myself more.
Echo really has a gift of guiding and encouraging her students to find their own authentic way of being throughout every phase life has to offer.

The most intense 4 months of my life! If you want to feel connected to yourself
and feel at home in your body, then take this course. I had only been practicing
yoga for just over a year when I started this training. I was so nervous at first and
was battling with all these self-limiting beliefs that I was some sort of imposter
and I should be there. That wasn’t the case at all. You don’t need to be super
bendy, nor do you need to spend an hour a day in a headstand. What you do
need is a curious mind and open heart. The most important thing this training
taught me was that there is no light without darkness and that’s ok. I used to
think that to be truly happy, I shouldn’t ever have bad thoughts or bad days. Now
I know that when I feel a shadow over me, I don’t need to be scared of it. I can
step inside my divine darkness and uncover the unmet needs. This training has
given me the tools to explore, adapt and grow and it gave me a safe space to be
authentic and vulnerable. I’m sad it’s over – if I could turn back time and do it all
over again I would in a heartbeat!

One of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Everything is very professional.
Awesome teachers with so much knowledge and ambition. It is quite intensive and a lot
of work but everything so interesting. Wonderful friends that I learned so much from and
it was magical to see what a beautiful connection can be made through our computer
screen. We cried together, danced, laughed, breathed and supported each other
through this journey. I will never forget these 4 months that we spent together and I will
be forever grateful.

This training has given me the tools to be a successful guide to be a yoga asana instructor… but even beyond that this training has taken me on an exploration of my internal and external worlds. The reflective writings truly helped me absorb a lot of what I was learning, but also see it and interpret it through my own understanding. You are fully embraced with being your own unique individual - all humans welcome. I’ve learned to accept myself and the world around me more wholly and love more deeply - while dipping my toes into becoming more authentic. It was no easy ride, but well worth the life long exploration it has brought me. This is truly a journey in the art of being whole and a 3 month journey of bringing it full circle.
-Taylor (United States)
Full Circle: Art of Being Whole is exactly what it says it is. It truly is the art of being whole. We as a society, especially women, learn to dissociate from our bodies, heart and spirits, but in this training we dive into looking into ourselves and embodying our true divine expression. I am so in love with myself as well as the world around me. I have a deep, profound relationship with myself and I couldn’t have gotten to this place without the tools that were provided to help me get there. Radical self love is real and it’s here to stay! This training has truly been a transformative experience and I will carry the precious moments with me.
I became part of a beautiful sangha that encouraged every aspect of growth. I learned how to find proper alignment within a pose and found that I can listen to my body and do what’s best for me. This is my body, my experience, my practice and I honor that.
- Ariel (United States)
The training was transformational. The instructors are so cool—down to earth and completely professional. The setup for the training was perfect—we learned basics, then yin, tantra, dharma, trauma-sensitive yoga and non-violent communication all while creating our own practices. We became instructors while also learning how to become lifelong students. I love my sangha so much!!!! We all have developed lifelong friendships—we’ve laughed, cried, struggled, excelled, and grown together.
Through this training, I woke up. I came home to myself in my body. I learned that it is okay to be a human be-ing rather than a human that is always doing. There is so much life in being here, now, in this body. The space that Echo creates is one for growth and love.
