Back at it again in Guatemala, but this time at the amazing Earth Lodge Yoga Studio just outside Antigua. We are beyond excited to share this year's program with you all, and even more excited to jump deeply into the yogic rabbit hole with you on subjects we deeply believe will inspire you to grow. 300 HOUR PREREQUISITES This training is physically and emotionally demanding because of this we recommend at least two years of a consistent asana practice. At the 300-hour level, you are expected to have a basic competence in teaching asana. A 200 hour teacher training course is required however it does not have to be from Yoga Alliance. It is highly recommended that you have at least one year of full-time teaching or two years of part-time teaching and feel confident in teaching an asana class.
If you intend to complete your 500-hour RYT certification, a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certificate from One Movement or another Yoga Alliance approved 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is required.
Full Circle will artfully present selected course content that brings together the traditional teachings of yogic sages supported by the modern scientific perspectives of science. This includes: neuroscience, psychology, physiology and anatomy to create an unparalleled experience of personal development, and a deep understanding of yogic practice guided by its timeless philosophies. We want to ensure our graduates to receive the best 300 hour yoga teacher training experience available. This 300 hour program is designed as a seamless extension of the course material and experience we offer in our 200 hour certification course. It is not necessary to have completed our level one - 200 hour certification course but it is recommended that you have prior experience as a teacher or an acquired depth in self study. We recommend a developed physical practice with minimal limitations, and a willingness to go deep within. The course presents an in-depth study of: Asana (posture), Advanced Pranayama (breathing practices), Advanced Meditation, Yoga Philosophy, Yoga Anatomy, Prana and the Energetic Body, Advanced Sequencing and Adjustments, Developing a Personal Meditation Practice for yourself and others, How to Develop a Meaningful Private Session and Workshop Program, as well as other essential tools to advance your career opportunities and your personal practice. We use these tools supported by science and tradition to find within what the sages have explained leads us to beautifully empowered self so we may thrive. This course is not for basic postural study or for beginners.
