Each of us has a story to tell; a story made up of all the big and little things that have happened to us in life. As we grow up and move into adulthood, we all endure the inevitable emotional wounding that comes with the human experience. And just as inevitably, these wounds generate responses and behaviors in us. As children, and often even as adults, we remain completely unaware of the interaction between life’s circumstances and our own emotional development. We also learn to relate as adults with unhealthy attachment patterns that are generally mirrored from our relationships to our primary caretakers as children.
Together with one-to-one discussions, we will work to discover the areas of your life that feel most in need of improvement and to identify the beliefs that have created the old trauma patterns you’re repeating today. As we begin an inner conversation to shift those patterns and beliefs, we will begin to create freedom for the future.
